My favorite way to consume Jif – my favorite way that doesn’t involve just a spoon or my finger.
I originally posted these Peanut Butter & Jelly cookies, minus the jelly, back in November 2007. It was my favorite recipe back then and it’s still the only peanut butter cookie recipe I’ve used in 4 years. It might be the only peanut butter cookie recipe I’ll ever use! The cookies are soft and chewy with an extra crunch from the added peanuts.
Sarah picked these cookies for this week’s Project Pastry Queen challenge. I was lazy and didn’t make them again. But check out Sarah’s take on the cookies (they include jelly!), and don’t forget to head over to the other Project Pastry Queen members’ blogs:
looks huge! 🙂
Love how big and gooey these cookies look! I’ll definitely have to try your infamous recipe 🙂
i wish i made the full recipe! I love the shape of yours..for some reason my cookies seldom ever flatten – they tend to stay in the same shape it was baked in. Do you anything special with them? Is it too much flour?
I always weigh flour so I think I tend to use less flour in recipes than others might. Other than that, that’s it!
